It’s Easy To Claim

Either contact us, or call on 01746 781 020 (08:30-17:00 weekdays) Have your:

• name & last order number handy
• The code of the product you found cheaper at a competitor
• Exact page on the competitors site where the product is cheaper

What You Can Claim On

This guarantee only applies to products from other VAT registered online mainland UK retail websites, that are in stock, new condition, and not part of a special promotion or offer, or sold with different terms and conditions. E.g. have to pay for delivery, takes 7 days to deliver.

Does not apply to third party cartridges as ours are all uniquely sourced with their own stringent quality testing. Another reason we’re voted #1 in the UK.

Policy Limitations

Our Price Match Guarantee is intended to help customers get the best value, but we reserve the right to decline price matches in cases of excessive use or where fulfilling a price match would result in a financial loss for our business. This allows us to maintain our quality standards and excellent customer service for all our customers.
