Answered by Erin Cairney (staff member) - October 09, 2024 09:36My Canon photocopier refused the coloured cartridge recently received from you. Why should this happen? I am extremely disappointed as I was about to embark on an important project involving colour photographs.
I removed the cartridge a number of times thinking that it had something todo with the way I had inserted it but this exercise made no difference.
