Faulty items
You're protected by our 12-month guarantee. Contact us regarding your issue and we will first run through some troubleshooting to try and resolve the problem. In the rare event we can't fix the fault and you are within the 12-months from purchase period, you can choose between a free replacement or a full refund. Whatever happens, you get your money back. If you're returning an unwanted item
If you're looking to return an unwanted item to us it needs to be unopened and ordered within the last 30 days to be valid. Contact the team so we can generate you a returns number, and then you have 14 days to return it to us with that returns number, more than long enough for standard post!
You'll need to pay postage if your items aren't faulty.
If you've already spoken to us about a replacement
Please have the item sent back to us within 14 days of agreeing the return. Don't forget to pick up a Proof of Postage when you send it, so you're protected in case it goes missing in the post.
