If you notice a mistake with your order you need to let us know as quickly as possible.
As soon as you receive the "Your order has been shipped" email it is too late, but we make as many allowances for incorrect order addresses as possible.
We cannot guarantee address changes
We process a huge number of orders so it's not always possible to find an order before Royal Mail collects it, and our system is very fast to process new orders.
Due to this we can't guarantee being able to stop the order and it is your responsibility from placing the order, but we'll do our best where we can.
In a 'worst case' scenario just reject the delivery and it will be returned to us and we can get it refunded for you (delivery costs in this situation would not be refunded if you have paid for an upgrade).
