This is an original Xerox 108R01148 colour imaging drum, this means that it has been made by Xerox themselves and not by another company (the black imaging drum is not included and comes as a separate unit 108R01151). The drum is the part of your printer that takes the toner from the cartridges so that your image can be printed out. The Imaging drum does not need replacing every time that you change your toners, it has a much larger page yield of 24,000 pages (@ a 5% coverage) and will only need replacing when your printer advises you to.

To replace the imaging unit you have to unlock the unit from the top and the bottom, carefully slide the old unit out and replace with the new unit. Remember to lock the new imaging unit back into place (full instructions on this will be included with the item).
