The drum is the part which prints the toner into your design on the page. The Oki 46484107 drum can produce up to 30,000 pages before it will need to be replaced.

As it nears the end of its life it will start to wear, so replacing the drum as and when warned, is vital to keep the quality of your prints at their best.

Replacing the drum unit is just as easy a replacing one of the toners. open the cover to begin and carefully remove each toner, the old drum unit can then be released and removed. Install the new drum in its place and then fit the toners back in. There's no need to replace the toners for new ones at this point, unless they are empty.

Kept in its own packaging the Oki 46484107 cyan drum can be safely stored for up top 6 months without its quality or performance being affected.
