Answered by Kirsty Barlow (staff member) - February 22, 2021 11:01I always use Canon CLI-42 Ink Cartridges as Canon guarantee the colour for 25 years. I use them with my Canon Pixma pro100 printer. A message on my computer tells me that a cartridge is empty and to change it. I use Canon paper and with the printer having eight colour cartridges, the hue is fantastic. Especially noticeable when enlarged to A3 size. I strongly recommend Canon ink cartridges.

Outstanding service with very fast delivery of genuine Canon multipack. Cannot understand how these inks are so expensive, but that is down to Canon, StinkyInk price was the best I could find. Maube I will try a Campatible pack one day...... but for now I stick with OEM and StinkyInk

How much ink is in a Canon CLi-42 Original cartridge?
We don't advise on the number of millilitres, as not every cartridge prints using the same droplet size, so two cartridges for two different printers may both have 5ml of ink, but one will print more than the other. Instead, more accurately, the industry standard is based on printing 5% of an A4 page.
