The first cartridge failed on fit, but Stinkyink replaced it over night, which was excellent. I now have both the Colour and Black cartridges fitted and they are performing well after a number of weeks and I will be back for more soon
sent promptly but my machine will not accept it
I'm sorry to hear that there is a problem with the cartridge.
I will get in touch personally to help with a little troubleshooting, if this doesn't help- we can replace it or refund for you.
Sorry for any trouble caused.Answered by Tara Ward (staff member) - August 12, 2020 16:22
This CL41 colour cartridge was a replacement for a previous cartridge that simply didn't work, although it clearly contained ink. The original fault was quickly accepted over the phone and a replacement cartridge was dispatched immediately. This gives me complete confidence in the StinkyInk guarantee and quality of service, I'll have no hesitation in making future purchases from StinkyInk. The replacement cartridge worked with no problems, as did the corresponding black cartridge that was originally purchased. Score would be 5 stars had it not been for the minor inconvenience of having to exchange the faulty cartridge.
Excellent service, inks arrived very quickly & work perfectly in our Canon printer.
This arrived very promptly and is installed on my canon printer. The quality of the printing seems significantly better than products I have previously used from other sources.
Easy to order, quick to deliver, works perfectly - couldn't be better!

Use our 'Check this ink fits your printer' box at the top of this page to confirm this cartridge is suitable for your printer model. In most cases the model number is written on the front of your printer.
Note: These cartridges will only work in printers purchased in the UK and Europe. Printers purchased outside of these zones will have different coding and electronics.
We don't advise on the number of millilitres, as not every cartridge prints using the same droplet size, so two cartridges for two different printers may both have 5ml of ink, but one will print more than the other. Instead, more accurately, the industry standard is based on printing 5% of an A4 page.
This is known as page yield. The number of pages you'll be able to print depends on the cartridge you purchase and the kind of printing you do. The page yields shown higher up the page are based on printing 5% of the area on an A4 page.

These are refilled Canon cartridges which means they have been used once previously before being reconditioned and refilled with ink, making them a more environmentally friendly option that still provides the print quality you need.
As these are reconditioned Canon cartridges, there is a small chance that ink levels will show the last level status. This does not affect the functioning of the cartridge, but should you have any queries, do not hesitate to contact us, or look at our Ink Reader Level Guide, should you need help.
Yes, these cartridges are just as easy to install as the originals. Make sure the required clips have been taken off, along with the clear (usually blue) tape that covers the metal panel on the underneath of the cartridge, and then slot the cartridge into your printer. Do NOT remove the brown tape that is connected to the contact chip. See our Refill Installation Guide for more details.
It's best to keep a spare, so you'll save money when buying 2 of any item.
