A maintenance box collects any excess ink used in printing and stores it safely to avoid it blocking the printer nozzles, drying up inside the printer and causing blockages or paper jams. It also helps to keep the printer clean and your prints at their best.

When your printer tells you your current maintenance box is empty all you need to do is replace it with a new one and dispose of the full one.
