How do I return an item?

Returning an item is quick and easy in 3 simple steps.

Step 1: Let us know what you want to return

We need to generate an RMA returns code for you which relies on why it is coming back.  If the return is our mistake or a product fault we'll pay for delivery. If it's anything else you would need to pay for postage, this helps us keep our costs down and website prices low.

Step 2: Pack it securely

Pack your items securely and put the RMA number on the outside of the packaging so it is easily visible. Please only return what we have agreed, random items will be disposed of.

Step 3: Post it within 14 days

Send it back to us within 14 days of arranging it. We'd advise getting a proof of postage, so if it gets lost in the post you are protected. Without a proof of postage, if it goes missing there's nothing we can do.

Please do not use the freepost bag included with your order. This does not come back to us and we will be unable to refund your order.

Please do not send items without a returns number even if you include your personal details. We process thousands of orders, the RMA number we give you streamlines the process and saves us a huge amount of time. Returns without an RMA number will be recycled and no refund issued.

Please do not send back additional items or the wrong item. We will be unable to return them to you and we'll get them recycled, with no refund issued. (If you return the wrong item using freepost you will need to pay to return the second postage).

These may seem fairly strict limitations, but our prices are so low because we are incredibly efficient in our warehouse and customer service team. These limitations mean we stay efficient, passing the savings on directly to all our customers in the form of lower prices.
