Please can you contact....have been in contact regarding problems And you responded well but unfortunately have now been left with no ink having changed last cartridge last week and it’s now saying there’s nothing there and has stopped working! Have reinstalled....tried everything! Now can’t print for my studies which is a nightmare!!
Sorry but this isn’t good. My first experience and batch was incredible and wrote an incrediblex review. Have been in touch and you responded well. Sent out a new cartridge. But this just isn’t fair now.....sorry but really upset...😐

Products received quickly and have shown a good overall performance.
The refill cartridges are great value and I have not noticed any difference in print quality
Ordering and delivery were good. Installation of the cartridges was easy but the printer said it was counterfeit and the quality of print is quite faint. I was quite disappointed after reading such good reviews.

Unfortunately, for the first time ever, not very satisfactory - the printer is not printing correctly and I will need to purchase the genuine ones on this occasion - sorry not great - have ordered before for work and no problem so guessing our home printer is a tad sensitive
We're sorry these cartridges haven't printed as well as usual.
Please double check you have removed all tapes and packaging from the cartridge. If so, and the problem continues, it sounds as if there could be some residue from the refilling process in the printhead, this can be cleared by running 'print head'/'cartridge' cleaning cycles.
The function can normally be found under your printer maintenance options, by either using the buttons on your printer or on by using your computer. Detailed instructions can be found in your printer manual.
Please follow the steps below:
- Run the printer through two 'print head clean cycles', one after the other.
- Do a test print to check for improvement.
- If there is no improvement or further cleaning is needed you can repeat the process another 2 times if needed. We recommend a maximum of up to 6 head cleans in total.

My printer has been working fine and then suddenly today it asked to reinstall cartridge and I can't get them working again. I have only printed about 10 pages and I can't get the ink to work again
We're sorry these cartridges are giving you a low ink error.
As these cartridges are refilled they can sometimes think they are still low or empty from their first use. This shouldn't stop the cartridge from working, affect the quality of the print or reduce the life of the cartridge in anyway.
If you can't print, please remove the cartridge from the printer and turn the printer off at the plug for around 60 seconds. While you're waiting, locate metal/gold contact chips on the side of the cartridge and give this a gentle wipe with a soft, dry cloth or pencil rubber. This removes any static or dust which can cause interference. Then when the 60 seconds is up, turn the printer back on and re-install the cartridge.
If the error persists running a printhead clean cycle, or cartridge clean it may show in your options as, often clears the error. The function can normally be found under your printer maintenance options, by either using the buttons on your printer or on by using your computer. Detailed instructions can be found in your printer manual.
