These terms explain the rules for using www.stinkyinkshop.co.uk (the Site). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Who operates this Site
The Site is operated by DGAP UK Limited (we, us or our), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10071690. Our registered office is Unit 19 Blackpath, Darlington, County Durham, England, DL3 0QB.
DGAP UK Limited trades online as INKredible.
2. Stinkyink and INKredible are separate businesses
The former Stinkyink business is no longer trading. DGAP UK Limited now owns and operates this domain name, but it did not own or operate the former Stinkyink business and has not taken that business over.
Our acquisition and operation of this domain name does not mean that we have assumed the former Stinkyink business's debts, contracts, orders, warranties, refund obligations, customer claims or other liabilities. An order previously placed with Stinkyink was not placed with DGAP UK Limited or INKredible.
References to Stinkyink on the Site are used only to explain what has happened to this domain and to help visitors who were looking for the former business. They do not represent a continuation of, affiliation with or endorsement by the former Stinkyink business.
3. What the Site does
The Site is a product-finding and information service. It allows you to search for printer ink, toner and related products that may be available from INKredible.
The Site does not take payments, accept orders or form sales contracts. If you select a product, you will be directed to www.inkredible.co.uk. Any purchase is made from DGAP UK Limited trading as INKredible and is governed by INKredible's sales terms and conditions and privacy notice.
4. Product information and search results
We take reasonable care to keep search results, descriptions, images, prices and availability useful and current. They may nevertheless be incomplete, delayed or incorrect and may change without notice.
Information shown on this Site is not an offer to sell. The product details, compatibility, price, availability and delivery information shown on INKredible at the time you place an order will apply. You should check those details before buying, particularly that a cartridge is suitable for your exact printer model and region.
5. Permitted use
You may use the Site for lawful personal or business product research. You must not:
- use the Site unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that harms another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its server, databases or connected systems;
- introduce malware or carry out a denial-of-service attack;
- interfere with the Site's operation or security;
- use automated tools to scrape, harvest or extract substantial parts of the Site without our written permission; or
- copy or commercially exploit Site content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
6. Intellectual property and trade marks
We own or license the intellectual property rights in the Site and its current content, except where stated otherwise. You may view and print reasonable extracts for your own use, but no other rights are granted.
Product names, manufacturer names, logos and other trade marks belong to their respective owners. Any reference to Stinkyink is descriptive and is made only for the explanatory purposes set out in section 2. Nothing on the Site grants you a licence to use any trade mark.

Links to INKredible and other websites are provided for convenience. When you follow a link, the destination website's own terms and privacy information apply. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not operate.
8. Availability and security
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site without notice. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors or harmful material. You are responsible for using suitable device, browser and security protection.
9. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by inaccurate product information that you could reasonably have identified by checking the final product page on INKredible before ordering.
If you use the Site for business purposes, then, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, sales, business, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.
These terms do not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

If you are acting for a business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
