Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for your information

DGAP UK Limited is the controller of personal information collected through this Site. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 10071690. Our registered office is Unit 19 Blackpath, Darlington, County Durham, England, DL3 0QB.

You can contact us about privacy at support@inkredible.co.uk or at the postal address above.

2. Scope of this policy and former Stinkyink data

This policy covers information collected by DGAP UK Limited through this Site. It does not describe how the former operator of Stinkyink collected or used personal information before DGAP UK Limited began operating this domain.

Visiting this Site does not reactivate or transfer a former Stinkyink account. Former Stinkyink accounts and order histories are separate from INKredible accounts and orders. If we ever propose to use personal information obtained from another source for a new purpose, we will first identify a lawful basis and provide the privacy information required by law.

3. Information we collect

Information collected automatically

When you visit or use the Site, we may collect:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it;
• browser, device type, operating system and screen information;
• pages viewed, referring page, links selected and visit timestamps;
• product search terms and search-result interactions;
• diagnostic information, such as errors, loading times and request logs; and
• cookie or similar-technology identifiers and your cookie preferences.

Information you provide

If you contact us or use the support messenger, we may collect your name, contact details, message, conversation history and any information you choose to include. Please do not enter names, addresses, order details or other personal information into the product-search box.

Information we do not collect on this Site

The Site does not create customer accounts, take payments or accept orders. Information provided when you buy from INKredible is collected on INKredible.co.uk and is covered by the INKredible Privacy Notice.

4. How and why we use information

We do not use information collected through this Site to make solely automated decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Similar technologies include browser storage, scripts and identifiers. Strictly necessary technologies help the Site work or remember your privacy choice. Optional technologies are used for analytics and support features.

Optional technologies are used only after you accept the relevant category. You can reject them without losing access to the product finder and can change your decision at any time through the Site's Cookie settings control. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Providers may update their technology names or durations. We review this table periodically and update it when our use changes. You can also control or delete cookies using your browser, although browser controls may not cover every form of storage.

6. Who receives information

We may share information with:

• hosting, infrastructure, security and IT-support providers working for us;
• Google, which provides Google Analytics;
• Intercom, which provides the support messenger;
• professional advisers, insurers and auditors where necessary;
• courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or public authorities where required; and
• a buyer or successor if our business or relevant assets are reorganised or sold, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Service providers acting as our processors may use information only on our instructions and must protect it. We do not sell personal information collected through this Site.

7. International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where UK data-protection law requires a transfer safeguard, we use an applicable UK adequacy regulation or contractual protection such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum, together with any additional measures considered necessary. Contact us if you would like more information about the safeguard used for a particular provider.

8. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as needed for its purpose:

• routine web, security and application logs: normally up to 90 days;
• individual-level analytics data: up to 14 months, with aggregate reports retained for longer where they no longer identify visitors;
• support messages: normally up to 24 months after the last contact;
• cookie choices: 6 months; and
• information needed for legal claims or legal obligations: for the applicable statutory period, which may be up to six years.

We may retain information for longer where needed to investigate security incidents, resolve disputes, comply with law or establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. We may delete or anonymise information sooner when it is no longer needed.

9. Your data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:

• ask for a copy of your personal information;
• ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• ask us to delete information;
• ask us to restrict how information is used;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• receive certain information in a portable format; and
• withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent.

These rights are not absolute and exemptions may apply. To exercise a right, email support@inkredible.co.uk. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. There is usually no fee.

10. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information. No internet service is completely secure, so please do not send information through the Site that is unnecessary for your enquiry.

11. Links to INKredible and other websites

When you follow a product link to INKredible.co.uk, the destination site will receive technical information normally sent when following a web link, such as the referring domain. Your later browsing, account and order activity is governed by the destination site's privacy notice. Other third-party websites are responsible for their own privacy practices.

12. Children

The Site is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, please contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

13. Complaints

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve your concern. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by telephone on 0303 123 1113.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices, providers or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated version here and change the date at the top. We will provide a more prominent notice where a change materially affects how we use personal information.
