I purchased a used HP5500 dtn on ebay and needed a new toner cartridge for it.
The C9730A toner arrived the day after I ordered it and fitted the machine perfectly (it took a few minutes for me to work out how to open the printer).
Print quality seems good so far (having only printed about 50 pages) although the toner did need shaking a little after the first installation test print showed a fainter area.
All in all very good value and one that I'll be using again in the future.
