This black toner cartridge was a total waste of money. The print quality is awful, only partial coverage and the ink comes off on my fingers. The original was perfect a week ago and the original colour cartridges are still good.
Do not recommend using the refills.
This is very odd that you've had such a problem with this toner, they are generally very good. I understand that a replacement is on the way. Please let us know how you get on with that.
