There's 80ml's of Epson specially designed photo and image ink inside each of the T850 cartridges, which is called UltraChrome HD ink. The ink has a low level of Metamerism which means you can display it in most lights with hardly any visual difference.
The ink is also designed to work perfectly with a long list of papers and media's so there plenty to choose from and no restrictions.
The inks produce twice the density that other inks can allowing them to produce a wider range of shades and deeper blacks.
The inks itself is a pigment based ink which sits on top of the page rather than sinking in like a dye ink. This allows it be printed finely and create sharp, crisp lines.
The T850 cartridges are packaged in their own boxes so if you're not ready to use them all straight away, you can store the others for up to 6 months without their performance being compromised.

Customer reviews for the Multipack of Epson T850 Ink cartridgesI have had a number of Epson, large format photo printers over the years and always use genuine Epson Inks - for me there simply is no acceptable alternative if top quality results are required. I recently replaced my main photo printer with an Epson Surecolor P800 which gives superb results with genuine Epson inks and paper. As I wanted a full spare set of cartridges I ordered the Multipack of Epson T850 ink as this was very convenient on this occasion. It is likely, however I will buy single cartridges as and when required. These are, of course, identical to the cartridges in the multi-pack. Both the Epson T850 cartridges, whether as a multi pack or individually, and the service provided by Stinkyink are superb and highly recommended.
