The 266 black cartridge can print up to 250 pages and the 267 colour cartridge up to 200 pages, before you will need to replace the inks.
Your Workforce WF-100W will let you know when you're running low on ink, you'll need to replace any empty cartridge with new ones. Changing them is a doddle, simply open the cover and press on the tab on side of the cartridge and lift it out. The new one then clicks into its place.
