Answered by Elly Bourne (staff member) - September 16, 2021 16:56This is good quality paper. However, it did not feed from the cassette in my Epson Expression Premium 900, meaning I had to load every single sheet from the back of the printer. I'm now using a lighter paper that does feed automatically. So I'm afraid that I will not be re-ordering it even though it's good value at the Sale price.
We are sorry that it didn't feed through your printer properly, could it have been too thick maybe? If you would like to discuss further, please contact us directly via email to sales@stinkyink.com or by the telephone on 01746 781 020. Thank you Kirsty
Answered by Kirsty Barlow (staff member) - March 29, 2021 14:50As per usual all ok, I have never had reason to complain about any transaction with you in many years as a customer, Keep up the good work, once again 5 stars.
I found that this paper is not very easy to use and I had problems trying to get it through the printer. The card was too stiff to go through the printer and even though it was 260 gsm it was no where as flexible as the Epson paper that I use. So I am afraid that this was no use to me.
I'm really sorry to hear that this paper was not a success with your printer.
We will organize a refund for it now. Sorry for any trouble caused.

I have checked on the Epson website and they recommend using Epson Photo paper which is 255gsm, whereas the Inkrite photopaper is 260gsm thickness. You could try it and if you weren't happy with the quality, you could come back to us at sales@stinkyink.com.
