The latest cartridges worked but cost me more than I would normally be prepaired to pay but was forced to pay because of failure of original order. Very disappointed!
I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment. After reviewing your order history, it appears that although we had offered expedited delivery, you did not reach out to us to process that for you. Subsequently, the order was placed online independently, which unfortunately prevented us from implementing the upgraded delivery service. We always offer replacements, credits, or refunds and in this instance, it seems you opted for a refund on the pack you had issues with. Subsequently, you chose to purchase the original cartridges, which come at a higher cost, based on your preference.
