Very satisfied with your inks for my Epson Stylus DX5000 printer. I was a bit dubious when ordering via internet, but happily surprised. Printed some photos off, and colours came out great. They were easy to install.and quality of print excellent. Will definately recommend to others.
Well up to the usual standard which is why I keep ordering from Stinkyink
Nothing to say as the service and quality and efficiency have left me speechless. Great, great and oh yes, Great!!! ;)

Is this ink compatible with an epson SX235 as i have quite a few cartridges and my SX205 has just packed in and I dont want to have to through the unused ones out
I'm afraid that the SX235 takes a newer model of cartridge to the SX205.
You can see our full range for the SX235 here: http://www.stinkyinkshop.co.uk/epson/ink-cartridges/epson-stylus-sx235w
You say the above is compatible with the TO891,TO892,TO893 and TO894 but my S21 refuses to print with the TO715 series currently in the machine
I cannot overide the refusal.....are you 100% confident and will assure me your products will work and if they dont refund or replace with one that will ??
We fully guarantee all of our products for six months, so in the unlikely event of a problem, we'll take care of things.
Incidentally, I actually use those inks in my SX115 at home, and they're great, so I can vouch for them on a personal level as well.Answered by Huw (staff member)
We have several SX515W printers which are about 18 months old. We have been using non-Epson cartridges and now find that one printer will not print black at all, even though we have reverted to Epson cartridges. Epson tell us that by using anything other than their own cartridges will invalidate their guarantee so they are not willing to help us. Any advice?
Epson cannot void your warranty for using third party cartridges unless you have paid for an additional warranty from them (extended warranty for example). Please see the Magnuson-Moss warranty act chapter 40 section 2302 for more information.Answered by Royh (staff member)
One of the cartridges tells me it isn't recognised when I put it in the printer. How do I get around this please?
Sorry the cartridge isn't recognised.
We sell hundreds of these cartridges each week and hardly ever have a problem with any. The not recognised error means the printer is having trouble reading the cartridge.
The error is normally caused by some static or dust sat on the contact chip of the cartridge. If you take the cartridge out of your machine you'll see it on the side, it's a small gold/metal piece, a bit like a sim card.
To remove the static/dust you will need to clean the chip with a soft, dry cloth or a pencil rubber. Then when you put it back in the printer the error should clear. If it doesn't you can also try switching the printer off at the mains for 60 seconds and restarting it, this refreshes the memory.
If this doesn't solve the problem just let us know.Answered by Beth (staff member)
