This Compatible Brother TN243 Cyan Toner Cartridge is quoted as doing up to 1000 pages before needing to be replaced.
The page yield is calculated by manufacturers using ISO/IEC 24711 standards, where they print set documents of 5% page coverage until the cartridge is empty. The standard means you can compare yields between cartridges and manufacturers.

Like the original Brother version, the compatible TN243 cyan toner can print up to 1,000 vivid blue prints before it will need replacing.
Replacing the empty toner is a quick, easy swap over and takes no time at all. Open the cover of the printer to begin and unlock the empty toner from the drum using the small green clip at the side. The new one fits in its place and just needs clipping back in.
In its own packaging, the compatible TN243 cyan toner can be stored for up to 6 months without issue.
