As ever, the goods from Stinkyink arrived swiftly and safely. The Brother toner cartridges are easy to fit and do the job. My dcp-7055 printer has last for several years, prints way more pages than I thought it would have to, and fingers crossed, is still doing it happily and well. I tried several places for supplies before I found Stinkyink and they have never ever let me down in any way.

We have a Brother TN2010. We have replaced the cartridges on a regular basis. But we are now getting a warning sign stating that "the drum will end soon". What does this mean ? Can we order the part from yourselves? Do we need an engineer?

I suspect that you need to order this drum (http://www.stinkyinkshop.co.uk/products/dr2200 - it's the one that usually goes with the TN2010 at least), which you don't need an engineer for. I would suggest double checking which model you do need though - if you put the model number of your printer into the search bar on our website, the correct drum should be listed under it.
