To replace your imaging drum you will have to open up the main front door on the printer, underneath the toners you will see another door that will need unlocked from the left hand side and opened so you can see the drum compartments. Remove the drum that needs replacing and place it carefully in a bag so as not to get toner everywhere. Your new drum unit will come in a tube, it will look like it won't fit into the hole but it will. You have to put the tube against the hole, take the tape off from down the middle, then the drum inside the tube needs to be slid down the tube into place. This is so that the drum is not exposed to light and not damaged. Full and more detailed instructions will be included with your new imaging drum.
