I need to replace an HP CB321EE black cartridge but have been told that HP have renumbered it as CN684EE. But the CN684EE new cartridge looks like it is only half the size (1cm v 2.5cm) of the old CB321EE.How can I fit it in the much larger slot on my HP C309g printer? HELP!

Unfortunately HP discontinued the old CB321ee some time ago and we are now unable to supply it. HP replaced this cartridge with their new version (CN684EE) which has been designed to replace the old cartridge in all printers. HP do advise that this cartridge is compatible with your printer, even though it does look like it won't fit. It is smaller than the original and therefore fits in the centre of the slot. If you are having problems installing this item, you may want to contact HP who should be able to help further, please see their website for more information:
