They have always delivered on time (actually often earlier than promised) and I've never had any problem with the product. It does "what it says on the tin" at a fraction of HP's cost and in my view the quality is just as good. Stinky's service is second to none and I highly recommend them for printers using this toner.

it may be that the printer isn't reading the chip on the toner correctly. If you clean that chip on the toner with a pencil rubber that should fix it. if that doesn't work, please email us and we should be able to get this sorted for you.
