This 10x15cm sized paper has a NEW weight of 200gsm, with each pack containing 100 sheets. (The old pack was 210gsm but was altered by Canon.)

Mostly an excellent service - good price & speedy delivery. There was only one incident to spoil the otherwise excellence of service. I refer to the time when I was sent Inkrite photo paper instead of Canon (which I always use) & when I complained I was told that I had ordered Inkrite Paper which I did not. I had to write off the cost of the Inkrite paper & order more Canon Paper. The double cost of paper is quite a lot out of my pension, so I am giving you only FOUR stars for your otherwise good service..

I can see that you did order the Inkrite paper, but I can also see that Tara in Customer Services offered to return them for you, but you advised you would try them. If you still have them and you have not used them, we would be happy to return and refund you.

Is this suitable for canon pixma 495?
Is it the MX495 or MP495 please?
If you check your printer manual it should tell you the maximum paper gsm/eight it can handle. As long as that is the same as this paper (which is 200gsm) or higher, it will be fine to use.

Answered by Emma O' Malley (staff member) - August 15, 2016 08:19CAN YOU USE THIS PAPER IN A CANON SELPHY CP710 PRINTER AS WE HAVE JUST RECEIVED 3 PACKS AND IT DOSE NOT APPEAR TO BE COMPATIBLE
I think that the Canon CP710 has to have a specific sort of paper, and not generic photo paper I'm afraid, so I don't think that that paper will work in it.
