have used your company several times for ink for brother 115c, however the blue has stopped printing, have changed ink to new one even though other not empty, have done cleaning to heads as printer requires ,will you please help with this problem as it used to work fine ,{have not changed computer or operating system ,windows 7}

Could I take your order number and postcode please? That way I can bring up some of the necessary details.
If you carefully remove the offending cartridge and dab its nozzle with a piece of tissue paper, does ink come away? If it doesn't then we might be looking at a cartridge that has dried up, or perhaps hasn't been filled properly.
Once you've done that, run the printer through a couple of Printhead Cleaning cycles (most manufacturers recommend about six, but two or three should be adequate), and try printing again.
If there's no improvement, let me know and I'll work something else out for you.
