The Stinky inks had not been used in that time and should, by rigtht, have dried up - however they are working perfectly, so I have immediately ordered a furrther set to be used when the existing set has to be replaced. I'm afraid that the SX235 takes a newer model of cartridge to the SX205.

You say the above is compatible with the TO891,TO892,TO893 and TO894 but my S21 refuses to print with the TO715 series currently in the machine
I cannot overide the refusal.....are you 100% confident and will assure me your products will work and if they dont refund or replace with one that will ??

We fully guarantee all of our products for six months, so in the unlikely event of a problem, we'll take care of things.
Incidentally, I actually use those inks in my SX115 at home, and they're great, so I can vouch for them on a personal level as well.

We have several SX515W printers which are about 18 months old. We have been using non-Epson cartridges and now find that one printer will not print black at all, even though we have reverted to Epson cartridges. Epson tell us that by using anything other than their own cartridges will invalidate their guarantee so they are not willing to help us. Any advice?

Epson cannot void your warranty for using third party cartridges unless you have paid for an additional warranty from them (extended warranty for example). Please see the Magnuson-Moss warranty act chapter 40 section 2302 for more information.
