I have used Jetec cartridges for some time now and find them reliable and ink quality is every bit as good as HP. I did have one recently that my printer didn't seem to like and I raised the matter with Stinkyink. I've found the refilled HP337 cartridges to be just as good as "originals" and at a fraction of the cost. When I did have a problem with a particular cartridge the after sales service was excellent about getting me a speedy replacement. The only recurring niggle is that my printer (HP Photosmart C4180) recognises the cartridge as be a refill and can be a bit sulky
