This is a Multipack of Compatible Pgi525 and Cli526 ink cartridges.
The pack contains 5 cartridges for your printer, consisting of the 2 individual blacks, and one each of the Cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges. These cartridges are all pre-chipped and will just drop into your printer and work.
(Please note, this pack does not contain a Grey if your printer requires one.)

You can mix and match compatibles and originals, so you should only need to change your ink as and when one runs out. The compatibles in question give ink levels, in the same way as the originals.
