Hi - thanks for the speedy delivery of the HP cartridges. I have had to go back to HP cartridges as the refilled ones are now being spotted via the web and the printer gives me the incompatible cartridges error message - maddening!!!

They are indeed. HP have designed these machines to accept a standard capacity ink, or a high capacity that is physically about half an inch (or a centimetre) longer.
