I have been purchasing these cartridges for 8 or 9 years and they are perfect.
Since you ask
Q1 You say these are 'refilled' cartridges - are they the same ones I have been buying from you previously as there is no mention of those being 'refills' on their packaging.
Q2 I have quite a few used both Dell and Samsung ML-2010D3 cartridges - are they any use to anyone? Can they be refilled?
Having spoken with a contact at our suppliers, those are actually compatible cartridges, so I suspect that it is a misslisting. Our IT team have been informed, so hopefully that'll be fixed soon.
