Answered by Molly Hanwell (staff member) - February 20, 2024 12:12Good if you use your printer a lot.Not so good if you use printer infrequently like me.Mine was brilliant first time I used it ,but would not recognise the cartridges the second time I used it.They sent me two black ink replacements but they didn’t work either.I had ordered a replacement set which Ihad at home and they worked ok but have not tried since 🤞
I'm sorry to hear that the replacements didn't help. This is likely to do with the updates that Epson run.
If we could suggest turning off your automatic updates- this might help to protect the compatibles.

Considering the price against the cost of original inks it is a great saving. I print mainly documents and so the quality is more than adequate.
