ALL Orders receive fantastic First Class Free Delivery. This delivery is so fast, we fully guarantee it… twice!

If the item is in stock and the order is placed before 4:00pm on a working day, it will be shipped to you on the same day or you will receive a full refund AND we will still despatch your order.

If you do not receive this order within 5 working days from when we despatch it, we will send your order again for FREE.

If your courier service takes longer than the paid-for delivery date, we will not only provide a full refund on your delivery cost but also a free next-day courier on your next order.

(For Northern Ireland, Highlands and Channel Island customers, please remember courier can be a 2-3 day service and this guarantee does not apply. Unfortunately we only ship to select members of the EU, and are unable to ship items to other areas of the world.).

Shipping to Mainland Europe

We ship to most members of the EU, unfortunately excluding the Czech Republic, however there are some unavoidable limitations:

• We only ship Ink cartridges to mainland Europe, at present no system is in place for supplying Toner.
• No next-day courier service is available.
• Postage costs will be incurred at £15.99 per line on your order. Please be aware that shipping to Europe can take up to 15 Working Days. (Please note, due to reactions to the recent cartridge-bomb incident, foreign deliveries may experience a small delay and take up to 20 working days to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.)
