So because of this would you recommend I try one of your compatible catridges or buy an original. My printer is an Epson SX425W. Bought Dec 2010. What is the difference between Fox and Apple ink cartridge. I think T1291 to 1294 is correct

The SX425W can accept either the Fox (T1285) or the Apple (T1295) ranges of cartridges. Physically they're very similar, and fit into the same slots in the machine, however the Apple series has more ink in them, and tends to be better value in the long run.
