Canon's latest document production offering could help to streamline the workflow operations in printer ink firms.
The company's compact imageFORMULA DR-M140 scanner has been designed to fit in and help improve processes in any office, department or workgroup.
According to Canon, the device also offers users an extremely reliable paper handling system and boasts high-speeds in colour scanning of up to 40 pages per minute, with accurate printer ink resolutions.
Sean Suematsu, European document scanning solutions director at Canon, said: "The imageFORMULA DR-M140 builds on the success of the popular DR-2580C with an intelligent design and a number of innovative, technological advancements that meet our customers' needs for fast, accurate and reliable scanning."
Recently, Canon launched its uniFLOW version 5.1 single platform system to handle printer ink and scanning processes in small and medium-sized enterprises.
The company's latest software also supports mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets, allowing staff to send documents to a range of the firm's printers and multifunctional products.
