Dell has announced that it is committed to providing users with efficient end-to-end IT solutions for businesses.

The printer ink firm and technology manufacturer’s statement came after its customer feedback revealed that users are looking for more reliable services from IT providers.

This research was conducted ahead of the Dell World 2011 event, which the company will host to provide consumers with information, advice and new technology that could help their firms.

Paul Bell, public and large enterprise president at Dell, said: “Our listening channels have collected feedback from our customers and we’ve learned that from safely embracing consumerisation to breaking through virtualisation ceilings, there is a demand to discover how to most efficiently unlock innovation in the virtual era.”

Dell recently teamed up with Westcoast to sell its printer ink products to business consumers across the UK.

According to the firm, it is only the second ‘supplies-only’ link up it has with a distributor.
