Konica Minolta has released Customised Document Management Suites for various business sectors.

The printer ink producer's latest innovation, the Prism Flow Suite, will help those working in the school, education, health and legal fields control their document production processes more efficiently.

According to the company, this technology is fully integrated with its award-winning all-in-one multifunctional printer ink machines.

Sam Errigo, senior vice president of business intelligence services at Konica Minolta, said: "The new Prism Flow Suite of vertical solutions targets the specific electronic document handling requirements for education, legal and healthcare professionals.

"We will continue to enhance our software portfolio to address the growing demand for workflow automation solutions that drive expense reduction."

Konica Minolta recently released its new global Optimised Print Services programme to provide efficient and effective printer ink solutions for a multitude of organisations.

Yuki Kobayashi, managing director at the firm, stated the software can provide huge cost savings for organisations through efficient document workflow.
