Objet to showcase 3D printer ink systems at TCT exhibition August 30, 2011 08:58 by Huw Carrington

Objet will showcase a range of its printer ink technology at the TCT tradeshow next month.

During the event at Birmingham's NEC, running from September 27th until September 29th, the firm will give demonstrations of its Objet260 Connex multi-material 3D printing system.

According to Objet, the device can simultaneously jet and mix two materials for different jobs.

Chris Baker, sales manager at the firm, said: "Engineers and designers alike can print premium quality prototypes featuring multiple materials to more accurately represent the true look, feel and function of off-the-shelf products. And all from a system that can sit in the corner of your office."

Recently, Objet showcased its advanced 3D printing solutions at the 38th International Conference and Exhibition on Computer Graphics and Interactive Techniques in Vancouver, Canada.

Objet also displayed and demonstrated the 260 Connex device during the event as well as several other models to highlight the company's 3D printing versatility and offerings.
