Lexmark hopes to better serve channel partners July 13, 2011 16:50 by Chris Rails
UK channel partners of printing solutions provider Lexmark could soon be better served by the company, as it takes steps to improve its offerings.
The move has been made in response to escalating demand for value added services from the channel, leading Lexmark to establish its Expert Service Partner programme.
This is aimed at supporting Lexmark dealers in winning customers and keeping existing ones on board by increasing the value of the services on offer.
Francois Feuillet, general manager channel at Lexmark, said the service would assist dealers by "helping them develop services that support their clients' businesses and impact the bottom line whilst reducing the risk to the partner themselves".
In recent months, Lexmark extended its range of colour laser multifunction products, which have been designed to deliver high-performance, time saving solutions to businesses.
Among the features of the X548de and X548dte models are a seven-inch touch screen.
