The devices can prove useful in a number of different professions, with the Brother PocketJet 600 designed to be used by emergency services, as it can easily be mounted inside a vehicle.

Sabine Kelly, marketing manager for Varlink, told the publication: "Resellers, particularly those who are already experts at selling this type of equipment, can work directly with us to increase their offering to this market."

She emphasised that Varlink is looking forward to working alongside resellers in this growing market.
