Snow Information For Our Customers January 13, 2010 10:31 by Matt Bird

Update: Courier services are running as normal. Free-post looks likely to run as normal...... StinkyInk 1 : MotherNature 0

Part of our promise for Customer Service is honesty, even if it means admitting defeat to forces somehow more powerful than Mr StinkyInk himself. But alas, our duel with nature is beginning to turn against us.

We just wanted to inform our customers on our service today, Wednesday 13th January. After a night of heavy snowfall, roads around our supply warehouse and despatch areas are treacherous. Understandably, delivery services have taken a knock. We are trying our best to still get orders out and on their way to you, but we wanted to alert our customers that there may be some slight delay in receiving your products. Please rest assured we are doing all that is possible to maintain our service, and with the forecast of a return to warmer times in the next few days, any impact on our service will only be for the next 48 hours.

Picking Up Deliveries

Our staff are still soldiering stubbornly on, amazingly though only 1 car managed to get to our carpark today, all but 2 employees found some means to get to work. The image you can see here is a delivery van who could not make it to our warehouse, so we came to him! Thank you for your time, and we hope this update is of use to you. Full service will be resumed as soon as the snow stops, but until then, though we are trying to maintain our service, some delay may be experienced.
