    I am going crazy with this one, I need to download the software, as I cant seem to find it any where at home, so I have tried to do so on the HP site, entered c4400, it requires another number, I have turned the unit upside down inside out cant find any other number on it, so therefore can not down load the soft ware!!!!! great, just purchased new cartridges and about to throw the dam thing out the window!!!
