Some of you may of heard of VoIP, some of you may not. VoIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol and basically means you can use your PC to talk over the internet. This exciting new technology is about to take off and we want you to be a part of it. The technology has been around a while, however, in the early days the call quality was poor, not many people used it and it was expensive. However, this has all changed and the call quality is equal to or better than a standard phone, this is why more people are using this FREE service and interest in VoIP is starting to grow. There are already millions of people using VoIP around the world with thousands joining everyday. So what exactly is VoIP and how does it work?

So another New Year begins and what does the new year have in store for my business?
