September 2005 Newsletter
September 24, 2005 16:06 by John Sollars
Dear John,
Welcome to our Autumn newsletter.
It has been an exciting time here at Stinkyink, and
we would like to take this opportunity to share our
news with you, our valued customer.
Due to expansion, Stinkyink have moved into larger
premises for the second time in 2 years. Fortunately
for us we haven't gone far - just 200 yards up the
road on the same industrial estate!
The need to move has been driven by an increase in
sales and an ever growing customer base. This has
been partly due to customers finding us via the
internet, but also by referral from our existing
client base, which has been key to our growth over
the last few years.
There is far greater choice in the printer consumables
market than ever before and in order to service our
customers' requirements, we need more space in
which to hold stock. Our new premises enable us to
offer greater choice, whilst continuing to deliver the
same level of service, with most orders being
processed on the same day they are made.
Stinkyink.com's new revamped site!
In order to stay ahead of the field and to ensure we
fall inline with on-going customer needs we
have totally revamped our
website.
The new enhanced site boasts drop down
menus for easier navigation and a much improved
graphical environment giving the whole site a more
professional yet user-friendly feel which enables the
user to quickly locate the required product, thus,
enhancing the online shopping experience.
It has never been a better time to shop at
Stinkyink.com and we will continue to offer the best
prices possible, whilst maintaining our high standards
of customer service that you have come to expect.
We hope the new site is to your liking and we thank
you for your feedback.
It is estimated that over 30 million inkjet cartridges
are dumped each year in the UK alone and figures
suggest that only around 5% of all empty cartridges
are being refilled. Dumped cartridges can take around
1,000 years to degrade!
On hearing these facts, most people would agree
that it makes sense to recycle old cartridges. One
way to recycle cartridges is to refill them. Most
people think the cartridges are simply
refilled with ink and re-sold, much the same as you
would do at home with a refill kit.
Although some companies still do it this way, at
Stinkyink.com our recycled cartridges go through a
vigorous preparation process before being refilled.
They are cleaned out completely so no old ink
remains in the print heads, then refilled, utilising the
latest vacuum refilling techniques, with high quality
ink. This process ensures you get only high quality
refilled ink cartridges.
Not all ink cartridges can be refilled in this way. For
instance Epson cartridges cannot be refilled due to a
smart chip, however, these cartridges can be
crushed and the plastic reused.
Stinkyink strongly supports the recycling of cartridges
and if your cartridge is refillable we will send you a
freepost label so you can send you cartridges back to
us for recycling. All our compatible and recycled
cartridges carry our
guarantee of complete satisfaction.
If you haven't browsed our site for a while, well now
is the time. We are currently offering more special
