Stinkyink strive to supply only the very highest quality printer supplies. However, things can go wrong and occasionally you may need to contact us with an issue.
Don't let this worry you, all our products carry a 100% guarantee and at Stinkyink we take all queries seriously and deal with them in an efficient, professional manner. If you tell us an item purchased from us is faulty we will automatically send you a replacement.
Of course it is not always the case that the item is faulty, it could be that your printer has broken or you have ordered the incorrect item by mistake. Whatever your problem don't worry we'll sort it for you, here's how:-

FAULTY GOODS
If your item is faulty this is what you need to do:-
- Contact us by Phone, Fax or Email and let us know
- We will send out a replacement immediately along with a freepost returns bag
- When you recieve the replacement simply put the faulty item in the returns bag along with a copy of your invoice and a short written explanation of the issue and send it back to us
INCORRECTLY ORDERED
What to do if you order incorrectly:-
- Contact us by Phone, Fax or Email and let us know
- We will inform you whether we can accept the cartridges back (they need to be unused and in date)
- Send them back to us
- We will refund the value of the goods back to the card that you used for the purchase.
- Order the correct cartridges that you need and they will be shipped to you
BROKEN PRINTER
What to do if your printer breaks :-
- Contact us by Phone, Fax or Email and let us know
- We will inform you whether we can accept the cartridges back (they need to be unused and in date)
- Send them back to us
- We will refund the value of the goods back to the card that you used for the purchase.
