Is shopping online secure with StinkyInk.com?
Our main products catalogue is hosted on a fast commercial Unix server to enable efficient searching and order processing, however at the point that you need to reveal your credit card details we switch to a Secure Server at Protx.Com. Protx then process on our behalf all of your confidential information in a secure environment and we do not see or retain any of your details.
How much does Stinky Ink charge for shipping?
Our Carriage charge for deliveries in the UK (normally by post) is included in the price on your screen, the price you see is the price you pay with no hidden extras. We are working on our system to allow us to process orders from Europe for a flat rate of 2.00 Euros, but this is to be confirmed.
What about if the goods ordered are incorrect?
We want you to be happy with our service and come back for more! If you have made a mistake phone us on (0871) 288 1365 (calls are charged at normal national rates - this is not a premium rate line) or just e-mail sales@stinkyink.com and we will arrange to exchange the items for the correct ones.

What is your normal delivery?
Ink cartridges we normally ship by Royal Mail, larger and more valuable items we will ship on a carrier of our choice.
Do you acknowledge my order / shipment?
We try to acknowledge all orders on receipt, if we can't ship from stock we will try to indicate a delivery time. We always email you when the goods are shipped - so it is important that you include your email address in the information you supply to us.
Why does my shopping trolley reset to empty when I order something?
When you have confirmed your order then your shopping trolley will show zero items on order, because the items have moved from your trolley to our server.
Do you accept orders from educational / government departments?
We accept orders from any Government / Educational departments and establishments, and from credit worthy companies accompanied by an official order.
I don't understand much about printers. How can I be sure to find the cartridge I need?
We have tried to structure our database so that if you know the manufacturer of your printer, the type (inkjet / laserjet or multi-function / fax), and the model number you should be able to go straight to the cartridges that you need. If you need any help then please feel free to call us on (0871) 288 1365, we will always try to help you with any information you need - and we will always attempt to give you an honest answer!
If you don't stock the cartridge I need, will you be able to find it for me?

We will accept orders from Ireland and the rest of Europe, but charge a flat 2.00 Euro shipping fee
Where is Stinky Ink located?
Stinky Ink is located in scenic Shropshire, just next to the river Severn. We operate from the Old Carpet Factory, where we relocated to after the garage at home ran out of room for ink.
