Making A Purchase:
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment and use Protx for our Credit Card Processing. We do not record or maintain any credit card information on site.
We accept Visa and Mastercard, Electron, Switch, Delta, and Solo. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Cancellation Rights.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you are given the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 7 days of placing the order. The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expirey of 7 working days, begining on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. Should you exercise this right to cancel you must return the goods unopened and at your cost. On receipt you will receive a full refund excluding any costs incurred in returning them. Any returns will be credited within 7 working days to the Credit/Debit card which made the initial payment.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered by you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in How to Cancel and Order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions
Shipping and handling
Delivery is Free via Royal Mail for all inkjet deliveries and via our nominated Carrier for Toner Cartridges to Mainland United Kingdom, all other shipments will be charged by destination and weight
Credit card security:
To protect our customers from any chance of fraud, we use Protx's securly encyrpted site for all credit card transactions. No card details are held or maintained at our premises.
Our Warranty:
At Stinkyink.Com we try to guarantee your satisfaction. If you have any problems please call us on (0871) 288 1365 (Calls are charged at national rate) for an immediate resolution. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
