Our delivery costs
We offer a Free of Charge delivery service for all orders placed in the UK. We use Royal Mail First Class post as our default delivery provider. We guarantee to despatch all orders (where the goods are in stock) received before 4:30 the same day. Our research shows that 98% of orders are received the next day by our customers - although the Royal Mail quote 92% delivered the next day.
We also offer a guaranteed next day delivery, either via Royal Mail special delivery or via our courier Interlink Express. You can select these options at checkout should you need a guaranteed delivery (for a small extra Charge). Our cutoff for collection by the carrier is 4:00 PM.
Orders for Europe will incur a small charge and will ship on Royal Mails European Small packet rate. We are able to ship larger parcels into Europe on a two day Carrier basis using DPD international service, please call our sales office for competitive pricing.
